Promotions & Discounts

We do run promotional codes from time to time which you will receive notification of via our e-marketing, social media or website.  Where a code is required, you need to enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later against your order once placed.  Where items are already on sale the prices you see are the reduced prices.

If you are still experiencing issues with your discount code here are a few reasons why:-

  • You missed the clock! Some of our codes are time sensitive and the code you are trying to use could have expired now as we run offers for a limited time.
  • Trying to use two codes?  Whilst we applaud your attempt to get a great deal we do ask that you only use one code per order.  Codes do not stack and codes cannot be used against sale items.  There are also certain brands (including but to restricted to Arte, Glitter Wall Store, Cole & Son etc) that our discount codes do not apply to. 
  • Check for typos. We all do it – double check you haven’t incorrectly typed the wrong the code in your excitement to get a great deal on your wallpaper.
  • Sorry to disappoint! Not all products are applicable against our discount code; if your code won't apply then it will be because we are not allowed to discount the item you are interested in.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal.  Personal and company credit cards are also accepted.  Payment by BACS can also be arranged on request.

Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf via telephone.

When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, our server will automatically contact your bank / card provider for authorisation to take the relevant payment from your account.

Payment Error

If you experiencing error messages when making a payment, firstly, make sure you have inputted the correct details by checking all the information correctly.

  • Contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us by going to 'contact us' page and we will investigate further or you can call our Sales Team on 0121 289 4290.
  • If you get an error message, please include it in your message to us Payment Declined.
  • If your credit or debit card was declined, check to see if your card is expired, out of date or your card billing address is different to the billing address on your account. If the above doesn't help, your Credit Card Company or bank will have more information.
  • If using PayPal, please contact PayPal directly if your payment has been declined.
